We are Kenyan tour operators specializing in camping safaris around Kenya. We offer a wide range of safaris from walking, photographic, mountaineering to wildlife; all based around camping. We have been in operation since 1999; market experience over the years has established us as a leading camping safari specialist who gives clients value for money. Being specialists in camping safaris, we have all the necessary camping equipment to successfully conduct our business.

We run exciting and adventure filled camping itineraries to all corners of Kenya. Our camps are eco-friendly, and our clients have an opportunity to camp and experience sitting by a campfire under African star lit nights. For transport, we use open-sided 4WD overland; trucks with forward facing seats. There are various advantages of going on a safari in a 4WD overland truck, first and foremost is the view one has of the wilderness from within the vehicle – a panoramic view. Being higher, it gives you an opportunity to view more game beyond the bushes that line the roadside. For smaller groups, we use 4WD Land Cruisers that pull along trailers. All the equipment is carried in the trailer, which is dislodged upon arrival at the campsite.

Our hospitality and flexibility to suite our clients tastes and preferences, makes one appreciate that we are not just “another” tour operator. The word “NGURUMAN” is a Maasai word meaning, “land of food”, and that just about sums up our service to our clients. When providing meals, we do not compromise on quality and abundance. Guests are served with fresh meats, vegetables and fruits that are stored in coolers. We provide 3 course meals, keeping in mind healthy and balanced diets when drawing up menus; vegetarians and vegans are also catered for.
